The Company announces that it received notification on 30
October 2023 that on 30 October 2023 Tony Robert Pattison, an
executive director of Fiske, bought 6,000 Fiske ordinary shares of
25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 59.0 pence per
Ordinary Share, representing 0.05% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital. Mr Pattison's wife, Mrs Catherine M Pattison, bought
4,000 Fiske ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at
59.0 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.03% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
Following this transaction, Mr Pattison and his wife are now
interested in 475,617 Ordinary Shares, which represents 4.02% of
the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
