Director / PDMR shareholding
The Board of Gfinity plc (AIM:GFIN) announces that it was
informed on 4 September 2023 that David Halley, a director of the
Company, has purchased on the same date 7,680,000 Ordinary Shares
at an average price of 0.135 pence per Ordinary Share. Further
details are set out in the Appendix. Following the purchase, David
Halley is interested in 74,346,667 Ordinary Shares representing
2.19 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
