                   Additional Listing - Directors' Interests


The Company has allotted 3,316,500 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") upon the exercise by Beattie
Consulting Limited, a company connected with Morris Beattie, a Director of the
Company, of an option to subscribe for such Ordinary Shares in the Company at
1.5076 pence per share.


Following the exercise of the option, Morris Beattie has interests in 16,582,500
Ordinary Shares.


The Company has allotted a further 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in
the capital of the Company following the exercise of options to subscribe for
shares in the Company.


The Company has made application for the 3,416,500 new ordinary shares of 1
penny each to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission is expected to occur on
7 February 2008.
