GRAINGER PLC DEFERRED BONUS SHARE PLAN AND GRANT OF OPTIONS TO
DIRECTORS/PDMRs
The Company announces that it has made the following grants of
nil cost share options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 5p each
in the capital of the Company ("Shares") pursuant to the Deferred
Bonus Share Plan ("DBSP") on 10 December 2019. The DBSP includes
the compulsory deferral of 25% of any bonus payable to participants
into Options over Shares for a period of three years.
Grant of Options
On 10 December 2019, Grainger granted Options of a total of
48,466 Shares to its Executive Directors and Persons Discharging
Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") of the Company (as specified
in the table below).
