Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company received a notification on the 4 January 2002, from Legal &
General Investment Management Limited, informing it that "consequent upon a
transfer into management of 175,000 shares on the 12 December 2001", they now
have a material interest in 1,581,795 ordinary shares, representing 4.304% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
