Director/PDMR Shareholding

Helesi PLC (AIM: HLS), was informed on 19 October 2010 that TECMEC AE (a company controlled by Sakis Andrianopoulos, the Company's CEO and his wife Christina Thanassoulia, a director of the Company) has today bought 2,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of 12 pence per share.

Sakis Andrianopoulos also notified the Company today that he has sold 2 000,000 ordinary shares today at a price of 14 cents per share.

Following these transactions, Sakis Andrianopoulos owns 6,262,424 shares representing 15.73% of the Company's issued share capital. TECMEC owns 9 031,249 shares in the Company, representing 22.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
