                  Resignation of CEO of the Investment Adviser 
 
 
The Company announces today that Mr Sandeep Bhargava, the CEO of India 
International Film Advisors Private Limited, the Investment Adviser to the 
Company's Investment Manager, has resigned. His resignation will take effect 
from 30 June 2010. The Board would like to thank Mr Bhargava for his 
contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future. 
 
Mr Manish Thukral, the CFO of the Investment Adviser will act as interim-CEO of 
the Investment Adviser until further notice.
