Completion of Disposal 
 
 
 
 
MKM Group Plc ("MKM" or the "Company") announces that all conditions relating to 
the disposal by the Company of the entire issued share capital of each of The 
Leapfrog Group Limited and Concepts for Travel Limited (the "Disposal") have now 
been satisfied and, accordingly, the Disposal has now been completed. 
 
 
As a result, the resolution to cancel the admission of the ordinary shares of 
0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM 
which was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the 
Company held on 13 November 2009 is now unconditional. 
 
 
The last day of trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares is expected to be 20 
November 2009 and cancellation of admission of the Company's Ordinary Shares to 
trading on AIM is expected to take effect at 7.00 am on 23 November 2009. 
 
 
The circular to shareholders of the Company dated 21 October 2009 included 
details of compromise agreements which it was expected would be entered into by 
the Company and each of Mark Koch and Brian Smillie on completion of the 
Disposal. These agreements are now expected be entered into on or before 23 
November 2009.
