Why isn't everyone selling on this last pop? Because we've done our DD and know what's coming. These prices are still cheap. Market cap should be much much higher imo.

It turned out to be a glitch in stockcharts feed. Freddie never went that low. It traded with a $0.05 to $0.12 delta below Fannie all day per usual. The $3.20 doesn't show on any other chart or feed. It appears to be a fat finger trade that was supposed to be $4.20, ironically, or not? :-D

There are several places in the 8K filing Nov 13 ( signed Nov 6th ) about filing nessissary SEC filings. Under SEC filings there are statements about this and below that as well. Also under Schedule 2 it say the quarter ending Sept 30 basically would be late due to the complexities of this Series D

That's a glitch on Stock Charts that threw me for a loop too. It doesn't show up on any other chart or feed.
