today, Mr Ed Hooper (Executive Director) purchased 20,000 ordinary
shares in the capital of NetScientific Plc
("Ordinary
Shares") through his
Self-Invested Personal Pension.
Following such purchase, Ed Hooper
is interested in 109,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.46 per
cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
