   Statement regarding top up offers 
 
   The Companies are pleased to announce that, subject to obtaining the 
requisite shareholder authorities, the Companies intend to launch linked 
non-prospectus top up offers of new ordinary shares for subscription in 
the 2018/2019 tax year (the "Offers"). 
 
   Full details of the Offers (including confirmation of the amounts to be 
raised and details of the arrangements for existing shareholders' 
priority) will be announced in November, and it is expected that an 
offer document will be published by each of the Companies in January 
2019, which will be available on the NVM Private Equity website 
(www.nvm.co.uk).
