Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 of the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules:
As at 30 April 2024 the issued share
capital of PureTech Health plc comprised 289,468,159 Ordinary
Shares of one pence each. There were 19,055,414 shares held in
treasury.
The total number of voting rights in
PureTech Health plc is therefore 270,412,745.
This information may be used by
shareholders in their calculations to determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, PureTech Health plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
