The Company announces that it received notice today that Dr Jim
Millen, the Company's CEO, has purchased a total of 200,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.5p per share, being
the most recent placing price, as announced on 21 September 2016,
adjusted for the subsequent share consolidation. Following this
transaction Dr Millen owns 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 0.35 per cent of the issued share
capital of the Company.
