RONN has nothing to bring to the table. It had $26k in cash, the rest of the assets were "goodwill" for overpaying for Ronn Motors when it merged in and some IP/Software. They weren't spending a plug nickel on R & D, so they aren't doing anything except issuing fluffy PR's to help sell stock.

That was short lived.....hopefully we are like several weeks back when it goes back up EOD!

I'm sure the fee is a pretty standard investment banking fee. This is not a huge buyback in the grand scheme of things. Fortune 500 companies do multi-billion dollar buybacks pretty routinely.
