2024: Seplat Energy
Plc, a leading Nigerian energy company listed on both the Nigerian
Exchange Limited and the London Stock Exchange, announces
that, further to the announcement on 12
December 2024 regarding the completion of the acquisition
of Mobil Producing Nigeria
Unlimited, its entire issued share capital
of 588,444,561 ordinary shares has today been re-admitted to the equity shares (international commercial companies secondary
listing) segment of the Official List of
the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market
for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc.
