Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 4 November 2024, it purchased for holding in treasury 103,595 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,407.68 pence per share.

Following this transaction, the Company has 43,053,676 ordinary shares held in treasury and 134,054,282 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
