Launching Macroeconomic and Financial Sector Research
TBC Bank Group PLC ("TBC PLC") is pleased to announce the launch
of TBC Research, a new initiative providing analysis of
developments in the Georgian economy and its various sectors, as
well as in the region. TBC Research is a joint project which brings
together the skills and experience of TBC Bank Economic Team and
TBC Capital and covers topics of interest for both corporate
customers and investors, as well as a broader audience.
TBC Research comprises two main sections: macro reports and TBC
Capital reports.
The macro reports include:
-- A comprehensive report on the Georgian economy and financial
sector, which covers related topics from a relatively long-term
perspective and will be updated periodically;
-- Quick and monthly updates to be published on a regular basis;
-- TBC economic review, which will provide analysis focusing on
more recent developments in the macroeconomic environment and will
be updated on a semiannual basis; and
-- Thematic reports, which will be published periodically.
The TBC Capital reports section includes publications covering
analysis of various sectors of the economy as well as reports on
financial markets. New publications will be released
periodically.

on macro-financial analysis - the interaction between economic
activity and financial sector performance.
TBC Bank Economic Team is headed by Otar Nadaraia, TBC Bank's

analysis. He worked for 14 years at the National Bank of Georgia
and held various positions in the fields of macro research and
financial sector oversight. For the last 7 years Otar served as NBG
deputy governor and board member.
