                         Net Asset Value at 31 May 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L), the AIM-quoted investment 
company that seeks promising investments in small and medium enterprises located 
in Greater China, today reports that its Net Asset Value ("NAV") as at 31 May 
2010 was US$170.54 million (21 May 2010: US$156.79 million). 
As at 31 May 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in issue 
(the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary Share 
of US$2.577 as at that date (21 May 2010: US$2.369).
