Ariana Resources (LSE:AAU) has taken a major step toward its upcoming dual-listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), scheduled for the third quarter of 2025. The company has named Shaw & Partners as Lead Manager and Leeuwin Wealth as Co-Manager to oversee the process. The dual-listing is designed to broaden Ariana’s access to capital markets, boost liquidity, and potentially enhance its market valuation.
As part of the ASX listing, Ariana intends to raise additional equity to support exploration and technical studies at its Dokwe Gold Project in Zimbabwe. The company sees the Australian market as an attractive environment for gold exploration and development firms, aligning well with its strategic growth ambitions and operational expansion.
