In the Euro-zone PPI advanced more than expected in October
In the Euro-zone, the PPI climbed 21.90% on a YoY basis in October, compared to a revised rise of 16.10% in the previous month. Markets were expecting the PPI to record an advance of 19.00%.
Euro-zone unemployment rate dropped as anticipated in October
In the Euro-zone, unemployment rate registered a drop to 7.30% in October, in line with market expectations and compared to a rate of 7.40% in the previous month.
US number of initial jobless claims rose less than expected in the week ended 26 November 2021
In the US, number of initial jobless claims climbed to 222.00K in the week ended 26 November 2021, compared to a revised reading of 194.00K in previous week. Markets were expecting the initial jobless claims to rise to a level of 240.00K.
Australian AIG performance of construction index fell in November
In Australia, the AIG performance of construction index fell to a level of 57.00 in November, compared to a level of 57.60 in the prior month.
Japanese Nikkei services PMI rose in November
In Japan, the final Nikkei Japan services PMI advanced to 53.00 in November, compared to a reading of 50.70 in the previous month.
