In the UK, GDP unexpectedly remained flat on a QoQ basis in 3Q23, compared to a rise of 0.20% in the previous quarter.
UK manufacturing production rose less than anticipated in September
In the UK, manufacturing production advanced 0.10% on a MoM basis in September, compared to a revised fall of 0.70% in the previous month. Markets were expecting manufacturing production to rise 0.30%.
UK industrial production unexpectedly remained flat in September
In the UK, industrial production unexpectedly remained flat on a MoM basis in September, compared to a revised fall of 0.50% in the previous month.
US Michigan consumer sentiment index dropped more than expected in November
In the US, the Michigan consumer sentiment index fell to 60.40 in November, compared to a level of 63.80 in the previous month. Markets were expecting the index to drop to 63.70.
