(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of Denison Mines Corp.
under the ticker symbol DNN. Denison Mines Corp. is a diversified,
growth-oriented, intermediate uranium producer. The Company was
formed through the combination of the business and operations of
Denison Mines Inc. and International Uranium Corporation on
