Re: Resignation and Appointment of Directors

The Board of Directors of Allders plc announces the resignation of each of Brian
Fidler, Harvey Lipsith, Dominic Lavelle, Detta O'Cathain, Stephen Tague, Barbara
Thomas and James Tuckey with effect from 24 February 2003.

The Board of Directors of Allders plc also announces the following appointments
to the Board with effect from 24 February 2003:

Terry Green as Chief Executive Officer and executive director;

Phil Cox as Commercial Director and executive director; and

Sir David Garrard, Andrew Rosenfeld, Wilson Lee and Andrew Pettit each as
non-executive directors.
