Canaccord Genuity Group Inc ("Canaccord"), held 19,824,798 ordinary
shares in the Company representing approximately 4.76% of its
issued share capital and total voting rights. The day prior to this
transaction, Canaccord held approximately 5.26% of the Company's
issued share capital.
