One Media iP Group plc (AIM: OMIP) the digital music rights acquirer, publisher and distributor announces that the Company has submitted a bid of GBP3.5m for a 1 per cent. stake in the back catalogue of Pink Floyd, following Pink Floyd placing their entire back catalogue of music for sale for an estimated GBP350m.

There is no certainty that the Company's offer will be considered or accepted by the vendors.
