On June 11, 2024, Meihua International Medical Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Steven Wang, will present and host one-on-one meetings with investors at the Sidoti Small Cap Conference and will provide an update at the Emerging Growth Conference (the “Conferences”). Both Conferences will take place on June 12 and June 13, 2024.

 

Additional details are included in the press release announcing the Company’s participation of the Conferences, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
