Don't really LIKE it, but thought I would watch it. Looks actually like the company is in some trouble and trying to sell off assets and divisions of the company. They do a lot of work in India and Asia. From what it looks like, they sold off the engineering division about 6 months ago for around $23M.

I have now been told, however, that this stock can only be purchased through a broker for the initial purchase. Not a good sign in my book.
