Cons- incessant price decrease. Non communicative management. No concise plans for success.

Can't say we didn't see it coming. Well, a few of us did, since that has been Fernandez's business model M.O.

He's done the same crap before with other companies he was involved with. So glad I sold when he came on board, but I regret buying again before the RS in hopes of making 1.5x my money with the share conversion rate.

I was looking for a post on the RXMD board where someone said, before the merger, that they talked to insiders or Glickman and that if the PPS got "low enough", Charlie or NXPL would just buy it up. I can't find the post. It might be a post from Flaker that was removed, and I'm not a mod there anymore, so I can't search that. In any case, I know it was said, and I wish it was real, but I'd have to think that anything below $1 should be "low enough" to trigger that buying. I'd like to re-read that post, especially if it was Flaker.

As for the company, I believe that it will eventually post a decent financial report with net profits, and that should help. But will it be too late for Nasdaq compliance? Will I still be holding any shares? I've already sold half at huge loss, and holding a Nasdaq stock below $1 isn't easy for me 😞

I've made a lot of bad choices and decisions in my life and some in the "Market Trading World" as well, but this one, is without a doubt the worst choice/decision/trade I've ever made. And what pisses me off is there's nothing I can do about it now.
I totally 💯% take full responsibility for it.
But this one!!! Wow!!! What a bad investment 😕

3 more weeks of this nonsense trading under $1 and Fernandez gets a gift wrapped delisting notice from NASDAQ compliance department for Christmas.

RXMD would have been much better off uplisting on their own merits and simply continued paying down the FIFE convertible note. Bringing on Fernandez as CEO was the biggest mistake IMO. Synonymous with letting the wolf into a hen house.

Fernandez the Flop has done absolutely nothing to improve shareholder value, nor attract new investors. An outrage indeed Turbo.

Shareholders didn't have a dog in that fight, common share investors only had a 49% stake in that vote. It was merely a formality, our "ney" votes had zero impact on the outcome.

That's how these crooks structured it, so investor's cannot overrule them on their agenda
