Question is why they are going through all these elaborate mechanisms with the Equity Financing Agreemebt when Trillium can just r

Trillium can only convert and dilute in 10% tranches or 34 million shares at a time (initially).

Trillium loaned them $1.1 M+ with the first convertible note maturing in May 2025.
