S&P Global increased its quarterly cash dividend by 1.1%, to 91 cents.

The New York-based credit-ratings and data provider on Tuesday said its board of directors approved raising its payout to shareholders to 91 cents from 90 cents.

The new payout, equal to $3.64 annually, represents a yield of 0.8%, based on the company's latest closing price of $444.46.
