SQM ANNOUNCES A NEW SPODUMENE CONCENTRATE BIDDING EVENT


Perth, Australia, January 3, 2025 –Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) (NYSE: SQM; Santiago Stock Exchange: SQM-B, SQM-A) is pleased to announce that SQM International Lithium (SQMi) has announced a new bidding event for spodumene concentrate on January 14th, 2025. The bidding will occur online through the Metalshub platform, making it accessible to a global pool of buyers from the entire battery supply chain.


Bidding Event Details:
•Date: January 14th, 2025
•Quantity: 10,000 tons +/-5%
•Delivery Terms: EXW bonded warehouse China
•Country of Origin: Australia
•Currency: USD
