Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 20, 2024, Paul A. Camuti, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer of Trane Technologies plc (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will be retiring from the Company, effective December 31, 2024. In his current role, Mr. Camuti oversees the Company’s technical strategy, innovation practices, and sustainability efforts. Mr. Camuti will remain in his current position until the end of the year in order to promote a smooth transition of his leadership responsibilities. Mr. Camuti's departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s financial reporting, internal controls, accounting or auditing, or its policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Camuti for his 13 years of service, and wishes him well in his retirement.
