Reed Elsevier (REN.AE) will end all activities of its Dutch Reed Business publication FEM due to financial losses, it said Tuesday.

FEM publishes a weekly financial magazine, as well as a Web site and an electronic newsletter. It will end its activities from January 2010.

Reed Business' board said it didn't manage to exploit FEM in a profitable way and has informed FEM's works council on the proposed termination of the publication. In total, 23 jobs will be cut.
