Acquisition

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc, the global public relations business,
today announces that it has completed the acquisition of the business and
certain assets of Applied Communications Group's Analytics research division.
This acquisition follows the acquisition of Applied's public relations division,
announced on 8 September 2003. The acquired business is a small six-person
operation based in San Francisco, with negligible net assets that has been run
alongside the public relations business of Applied, and is best suited to being
part of a larger public relations group.

Under the agreement, Applied Communications Group will retain accounts
receivable, cash and certain intangible assets such as its brand name and
intellectual property rights.
