Marksmen Energy Inc. (TSXV: MAH) (“Marksmen” or the “Company”) announces that, further to its news releases dated May 10 and June 19, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has granted an extension to the Company to August 23, 2024 to complete its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 30,000,000 units of Marksmen (“Units”) at a price of $0.01 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to a maximum of $300,000 (the “Offering”).

Completion of the Offering is subject to regulatory approval including, but not limited to, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
