LAS VEGAS, March 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- All American Gold Corp. (OTC: AAGC) is elated to update the public about Hollywood Star Cuts’ aggressive growth into the European market.

On February 23rd, 2025, AAGC and Hollywood Star Cuts formally entered an agreement with a franchise group from England to develop the Hollywood Star Cuts model throughout the United Kingdom.

In late January 2025, Hollywood Star Cuts was approached by a team of successful entrepreneurs based in London England. This particular group had been instrumental in importing and developing Fast Food brands from America, Breakfast brands from Canada as well as others. Hollywood Star Cuts and the English development group utilized the previous month to establish an agreement that will ensure their success while increasing revenues and worldwide exposure for Hollywood Star Cuts.

Some highlights of the agreement are as follows:

The English Development Group will be creating an entity in England named Hollywood Star Cuts UK.
Hollywood Star Cuts UK will be solely responsible for all operations of Hollywood Star Cuts in England and the UK.
Hollywood Star Cuts UK will be operating all locations in the UK under a licensing agreement negotiated between Hollywood Star Cuts UK and Hollywood Star Cuts, Inc. (a United States based corporation and publicly traded on OTC Markets.
Hollywood Star Cuts UK will begin developing family Hair-Care locations in England in June 2025.
Hollywood Star Cuts (USA) will supply all decoration materials as well as operations training and expertise.
Hollywood Star Cuts (USA) will be compensated via a licensing agreement that guarantees a flat fee per location, or a percentage of gross revenues, which either one is larger.
Hollywood Star Cuts UK has agreed to develop and operate a minimum of Ten (10) locations throughout the UK in eighteen (18) months.
Once Hollywood Star Cuts UK has opened ten (10) locations, Hollywood Star Cuts UK will be initiating the process of bringing the entity public and listing the London Stock Exchange.
Once Hollywood Star Cuts UK initiates the process of going public, the entity has agreed to issue ten percent (10%) of the entity's IPO to Hollywood Star Cuts (USA) for the purpose of distributing the shares as a dividend.
Hollywood Star Cuts reserves the first right of refusal for the remainder of Europe for a period of five (7) years.
Hollywood Star Cuts (USA) will be providing a “Liaison” to ensure seamless cooperation between the two entities.
Hollywood Star Cuts (USA) and Hollywood Star Cuts UK are developing a true partnership with the intension of aiding the overwhelming success of the group as a whole.

CEO turns out to be another criminal OTC stock manipulating POS. I don't know why I am always surprised. That's me trying to unload some of mine at 15 before we see about this "opportunity"... probably to get an 'ab roller' for his house. Or better yet a 10,000 to 1 reverse split so that they can buy a barber shop to inflate there numbers.

This may or my not be the reason for your concern.

Yes the company did have $1,454,182 which was a large multiple of the previous quarter which caused a large spike in share price.

Then there was a conference call shortly after.

Which the CEO clearly stated DO NOT EXPECT THIS PERCENTAGE OF GROWTH GOING FORWARD, and explained why he thought the revenue growth anomaly occurred. He even cautioned shareholders that the value was not yet in the company to warrant the price levels the stock reached.

Hence the spike and the retraction.

Sounds to me like you're implying that Nick is like, crown king. Please do not compare the two. 

Nothing nefarious will be found, why do the audit if something bad would come to light. It's being traded. It's the otc and I know some folks are playing crypto also. Jumping from one or the other. The big miss imo is the real business here and it's really not a trading stock. The longs are long and the traders will do what they do and nothing anyone can do. We have massive quarterlies coming every one this year and beyond. It's going to be an expensive mistake as the chips all fall here. Folks need to do their DD and plan accordingly. Nothing has changed for me here

Nice welcome back to the show, it's gonna have legs for a while here

Unfortunately no I was moving at the time and not paying attention. By the time I saw the spikes it was on the way back down and you know the story there. It’s got to make it back again. Lol so didn’t sell any of it. The only benefit now is I have held so long anything I do take will have the minimum amount of taxes on it. Hopefully pays off this time around I did some digging this is now a legit company and only can go up. The worst thing I can see which I was a part of was taking 2m shares and re valuing it all and a huge loss. I’m not sure how that works but saw that on one of my other penny stocks that’s now worthless as they took 1m shares and made it 1 share at 12.50 bucks. Why I am now on this sucker watching it and back paying attention to news. I do really like what I see and can see this really making life changing money and not just a good payout.

Long time holder like yourself. I missed the last run to .13 in 2021 I believe as was moving. Holding 2.8m shares that one hurt but now looks to be in much better shape going forward. You got a target or goal this time around? Last time I was involved it was on Twitter and they were doing solar farms. lol I got in 2016 I think and it was in trips. Been up 36k which makes me sick but hopefully this time around it’s game changing not just a nice payday.
