Regardless, it appears a drug-addled Patrick gave it all away to the wrong guy.
Now RACK claims to have (unuadited) $500K per quarter "Pool Room revenues"...
If anything was legit here, and if "the company" tightened-up their financial controls, somebody could make an argument that $ACCR should be trading at something higher than .38 times sales.
I'll leave it to somebody else to make that argument.

I always thought our law, USA law, was so awesome. It gives small timers a chance, it gives some kid who dropped out of school a chance, it gives the single mom a chance etc.
Your story here always makes me happy man, so I hope you did not give up. They say your this and that but I remember that goofy ass smile you sent haha. I think when you shook each of those firefighters hands when they rescued your bird, you slipped them some cash, because thats what I would have done .
I also tried my own attempt @ taking over a ticker lol, I dont know man I still think one day people might see a WERB market maker symbol. I could be 80 years old when it happens but I guarantee when they see it, people will flock to it because I would give it all for the ticker.

Jensen Patrick James Form 4...
The Trustee in my personal bankruptcy case, ruled my stake in ACCR to be worthless, and therefore will NOT be pursuing liquidation for any of my shares held in my name. The Trustee closed the "Meeting 341" on July 15th, 2024. My case is expected to be discharged on August 15th, 2024. I filed a FORM 144 in April of 2024 to UNRESTRICT my entire stake, and therefore with a change in these events...I will NOT be liquidating my founding stake in ACCR.

Please get my $10,000.00 dollars that I paid out of my old closed Huntington Bank account to Benjamin Borgers.
I want that money back to me. Had I known he was a fraud, I never would have chosen him to help me audit the ACCR books. Although all the work of his seemed legitimate with my bookkeeper….I was going to file a FORM 10 with the SEC and with 2 years of audited books. I was so close……and then everything unraveled only because I trusted and believed someone at his word to me.
Good riddance I say. Time to focus on the future and where my life will be in 10 years.
Again, I rushed to judgment and I had a deal done with David Lazar. I was elephant hunting back then for a merger. I was so ready to bring to my MM and my shareholders a good merger that I lost sight of the truth. Heck,,,,,,even that criminal (((he became in the FBI top 10 wanted list)))) from GRNF ——->. Justin Costello texted me multiple times and at one point asked me for a TERM SHEET for ACCR to become his customer section for my ClonesbyDrones idea.
ClonesbyDrones was my good idea. The local police was fine with my INTRASTATE idea here in Grand Haven. The eCommerce idea was fully operational for local deliveries. The order would come in….and then once received I would send out a White Delivery Van with green letters on it saying ClonesbyDrones and then zip out for delivery. Upon arrival at the residence, my driver would open up the back door of the van…..and then fly the Drone with the attached cargo of the Clone (((((a federally legal product))))) right into the customers hands.
Brilliant……and my buddy who owned a lot of gas stations here in Grand Haven was prepared to put signs in between his gas station pumps the advertising word’s ClonesbyDrones!!!!!!!
Next had I made a little bit of money was going to be about $50,000 out of my own pocket to radio advertising 30 second commercial spots. People today are interested in growing their own Medical Marijuana plants. And as my website states….I am a MASTER GROWER. Heck…..my old parrot Goldie would sit on my shoulder every time I would rip out a bong hit ((((( for medical purposes)))) and Goldie in time could pick up the gurgling sound of the bong. I was an eCommerce business and why are the looney toon characters don’t know Michigan Law as long as I didn’t exceed 5 cars per year, there is no need for a business commercial license. I paid $400 for permission to operate a legal business and I sweated for many hours trying to sell that 1 BMW for $39,900. We only had the 1 sports car that I paid $19,900 so I was trying to flip the 1 car under Michigan law for a $20,000 profit. Some looney toons would NEVER be able to read LAW and understand what I was trying to do.

Anyways…..ACCR truly will come back due to SOMEONE leaving. I believe in our Company. I believe in my dreams. There is no need for baseless name calling. I spent my own money to bring ACCR back in 2018. I paid for everything myself. I never sold stock to finance my operations. I spent a lot of money out of my own pocket. I also filled out my own Form 211 and within reach almost obtained an approval from a previous Broker Dealer. If it had been approved …. I alone would have been responsible for ACCR stock valuation going to $30,000,000. At one point in my past,,,,when ACCR was trading at $.05,…. The valuation on a fully diluted basis was 300,000,000 AS times .05 equaled $15,000,000 dollars, and gracefully in the early January and February 2021 days my 63% stake was worth almost $10,000,000 dollars.
And then, I believed in Stephen Joel Mills ((I got him banned from practicing before OTC Markets))) who was referred to me by a TRUSTED friend……I filed a lawsuit against him and didn’t gain favor with the magistrate. WOWSA….. I also filed a complaint with the TN Bar Assn Ethics committee and I believed in him. Man, what a mistake. He then was the one who recommended SOMEONE to me who ended up lying to me on the telephone with a merger of a $100,000,000 Company. I remember the phone call on March 12th, 2021. What a mistake I made. I never would have signed over control to that person had this all turned out to be an empty sale for a pitiful $25,000.00 dollars.
Anyways, this is all in the past! Keep name calling me with baseless words. I’m laughing at these looney toons who make up SHIT about me.
….and Back to the BMW dealership…..we were a small business. A micro business back then being operated out of my apartment. I tried to sell that 1 BMW and make money for the Company.
