The company has known for several years exactly what effect convertible notes have on the share price yet they keep issuing them because they don’t have to repay the money.

It doesn't seem like they have a real solid plan to grow the business. X spaces during sunday night football and just posting $dddx isn't doing it either. Website doesn't look like it's been updated in years either. Lots of talk but hoping they can actually deliver something.

Pretty dumb to have a X space on a sunday night with big football games being played. Jumped on for a few seconds and there was only about 4 people on the space. Very little trading volume the past few weeks too with only a few hundred or a couple of thousand $ traded. They're losing interest. All i see is them pumping their $DDDX on tweets and nothing newsworthy. Not great.

They are undervalued if they get a financing to enable them to uplist to the QB. If they don’t get a financing they are overvalued.

Almost all today’s volume was sold on the bid. Someone wants out badly. Still 250,000 offered at 2.5

Company needs $250,000 to get audits done, legal fees and then the uplist to QB. Then they can raise money easier and with less dilution. If this doesn’t happen we aren’t going anywhere. JMHO
