focusing on chromium, platinum group elements (PGE) and gold

that Geoffrey M. Gates has joined
the Company as an Advisory Board member.
Mr. Gates has had a long and distinguished
career as an institutional sales executive on Wall Street with a
focus in recent decades on the mining industry. He is a graduate of
Princeton University. After serving in
the U.S. Marine Corps, he started his career at the former Bache
& Co. He has since worked for a number of firms, including
Allen & Co., Laidlaw Adams &
Peck, Mitchum Jones, London &
Bishopsgate and Sanders Morris Harris.

The Company's 2011 development Plan is to focus
on phase one and two exploration programs, which include additional
surface sampling and phase one drilling of 3-5 targets totaling
1-2000 meters for chromium values and 3-5 targets totaling 1-2000
meters for gold values. Priorty drill targets are the Caribou and
Montreal Mines for chromium and PGE values and the Caribou North
for gold values.
