Well MG has been busy, busy replying with some strong comments to people on X/Twitter, with some pretty strong claims . see below. Also making comments about him being the CEO and largest shareholder of the Private EAI (Easy Automation) and will get EIA customers to buy into the FEN and Terreplenish perhaps after all there is really a conflict since it has not been done.
This really what makes all of this seem possible, the question is really .. if it was that "EASY" why not done in the past three years, so until one of the claims and statements hundreds made in the past few years... the "Curious Case of Mark Gaalswyk and DUTV" continues. Also the Patriot Acres Founder is John Lardner, who also has an interest supporting Terreplenish for some time, always thought it was Strange that the prototype FEN was NOT ALREADY put in there in the past few years. If you look at Pages 5 and 6 , you will see MILLIONS of shares issued to various folks from Terreplenish , plus Hundreds of Millions to Joe P people (SCI, Naoemi G, Malcolm, Joe P ) wonder how much they are asking Mark these days when is it finally going to get done. Perhaps some day.

Their Easy FEN unit is already half built… ( see photo) The grant for the $ is already fully approved.. They are working on finalizing one last of many required compost expansion permits. Then all should be “lets go” to ship, install and book revenue. Each Easy FEN sells for $1 million.. At only 2 tons per hour of green biomass in, this ONE Easy FEN unit will provide enough Terreplenish for 750,000 acres of crop land.. It should provide them as the end customer over $20 million per year in net income while providing we as $DUTV shareholders about $6 million per year in year after year recurring revenue…

Interesting tone of comment…When we saw permitting was going to have a delay on shipping the Easy FEN , we switched over and fully built the largest Easy Nano Void System. ($500k unit) We already shared photos of that unit and used it successfully during the summer at many different projects…As a result of that, we are now building a number of smaller Easy Nano Void systems. Also, fyi, we can already produce in plants owned by myself and others up to 5 million gallons per year of #Terreplenish..which at our current per gallon jug retail - would in itself be over $350 million in revenue for $DUTV per year - if that existing production capacity was fully utilized. We have been using that existing production capacity for the last two years to demonstrate its use in many countries on 100’s of crops. This is now building trust and increasing demand for this revolutionary product all over the world. That product trust is now beginning to yield we quoting many more Easy FENS as it eliminates the global freight costs..

I think you are aware, but I am still its largest shareholder, Chairman, CEO and still spend about two days per week in meetings helping my two sons grow that “conventional ag tech” company… It now has 100 employees in 3 different locations. Watching the video, you can better understand how as the agricultural sector becomes more and more regenerative, and #Terreplenish more and more trusted, $DUTV (with its regenerative ag technologies) could easily slip an Easy FEN nicely into every one of these existing plants…and take those ag coops into the next century.

What is Mark G doing, here is the problem with "The Curious Case of Mark G" and really using Mark's Words and Phase "Answer this Riddle" with the TRUE Answers.

1. Useless Tweets over and over without specifics, general comments, no results, no contracts . Somalia for years now and a Tweet showing about 10+ cases "hitching a ride" , where are the MILLIONS of Somalian Farmers waiting for it ! Somalia .. cmon, it is even on the lists of DO NOT DO BUSINESS with by the US
Plus: How many General "Dangling" Tweets " You know who in the building (Omaha , LOL), Using names like Kennedy and others from election (NO, LOL), the one with the "they know the Brother of someone named Elon (OMG,LOL) , by the way the brothers do not get along" was so far fetched it is NO WONDER that integrity and belief of Mark takes one step forward and five steps back.
2. Why post about systems that are NOT BUILT (have not been ever over the past three years)
3. Why respond to a shareholders (not me, but others) who ask how many are built and at cutomers , with "We are ready to take orders" this past week
4. Just look and read his past Tweets over the time he has started and ask , what has really come to be REAL.
5. No volume is NO INTEREST, due to lack of execution , there is small circle of about Ten or less constant supporters who are waiting (lets see) . But that is it and even the Linkedin, X/Twitter and other social media posts by Mark , Feed Earthnow (Terreplenish), Easy Energy come out every day with minimal views mostly less than five views.
6. Tweets showing how "FOOD Waste can transformed into Opportunity". For those of you that DO NOT KNOW what ANAEROBIC and AEROBIC Digetors do , they have been around for DECADES and EACH Country , City use this process for food waste now and sell the bi products.

OK here is the Real Answer on the Curious Case of Mark Gaalswyk. For all the bashers that have responded , for EZ Boss (who knows I know) and the others here you go .
Why did I go with support (never paid, but invested) is that I believed two years ago that Mark G could make it happen due to his past. Then really found out that Mark while very smart , really has great Managers of his EAI business and his Ex Wife and SONS make it happen there. He should retire and be happy with that.
Then I found out
1. There were no systems built , Mark was exaggerating on what was done and the topper was when he mislead a fantastic CEO that I introduced him to about systems being built and other statements in a meeting I set up. Can not deal with that. One can not sell what is not built and reality Terreplenish had virtually no exposure , sales and he was really a third party to the real folks that held the (recipe) how to make. The key to the system FEN was to captialize on CA putting a LAW out about food waste had to be controlled by 2025 and the byproduct could enhance other products, plus being PORTABLE to go on site.
2. Competition , while Mark G statements make it sound like EES is on the forefront there are other companies that have been doing it all for years.

Most business people in a meeting would have to determine , something different needs to be DONE.

Some nice catalysts coming up per Mark's twitter replies last night:
1. Further composting testing results came back, expected "sizeable" contracts per annual disclosure
2. Terreplenish will be sold through amazon shortly, and discussions with other retailers. I think that will be an important step to see it sold somewhere other than through its website.
3. Feed the famished. I don't think this should be overlooked. I didn't think much of it when first announced but now that terreplenish has gone through further testing with Ca company and now used overseas and having requests from multiple governments which may not have a lot of money but there are some big foundations out there with lots of money.
Of course, could drop EasyFen or oil news any day.
I'm optimistic on the stock side. We had a nice move from 0.06 to 0.0130 on basically minimal volume, especially if you compare to the volume of the run in July 2022. If Mark can bring the volume this has a chance at large move upward in the short term. Yes, would I like to see a more stock centric investor relations push to help get the stock price up, yes i would but it seems like Mark if focused on building up the business with the idea that everything else, including stock side, will come with it. I think Mark is smart enough that he'll bring it home. My two cents.

Just checking in . I see Mark G is busy posting you tube links . The release about the growth and applicable items really did not bring in any volume.

He has started talking about Customers more , did show sales, but bottom line even though he said profit is there.

In reality last disclosure was that they had over 366,000 dollars on the books as receivables , (NOT PAID YET) the same but higher from the previous three month disclosure. So Receivables can be there , but a business can easily be BANK POOR if not collecting. Only $13,439 in the bank will not cut it long term.
