Why they weren't permanently barred from OTC is beyond me. Larry is now running a pump and dump scam over on ADIA. It's some greasy operation.

I'm in this stock,but this guy CARNES and Chris MR SALES ARE THIEVES.How are they going to show anything.If they had a dog house they would show it.He's got a cage for his kid's and wife that's about it.

CPA? Why, GMZP is an unaudited non-filing, non-registrant "dark" Form 15 company. It is not an SEC registrant and has no requirement to file audited financials with the SEC and doesn't.

A skeezy lawyer attestation letter to OTC Markets is a cuppla grand annually.

It’s hard to understand how they can even make a profit. Flipping $5k into $10K occasionally. Attorneys and CPA’s cost money, even dodgy ones. And the OTC is so thinly traded these days. They could make more money working fast food cashier job.

It's always the same people getting the Reg A shares too on Carnes companies. Look at the filings here and at INKW. Same people washing shares and providing kickback likely to Carnes. Hell the same guy he got convicted with back in 2010 is running a pump on the ticker ADIA now too.

I never believed one thing from the company. .00005 dumped @.0001 is an easy 100% profit. Plus I never believe these scams actually "sell" shares.

Brilliant! Just look at all the dilution with insider shares for both companies!

How many containers does BadgerBlox have ready? How many do they plan on constructing? What is their proof of concept for the shippng container conversions?

Who will they be shipping the water to? What contracts do they have? Who is their contact with the government as they purchase the water and redistribute it.(Water is subsidized by the government)

How are they going to convert containers to hold water? What size containers are they planning on using? A 40 foot container filled with water should hold about 17,500 gallons of water based on the dimensions of a 40 foot container which are aproximitely 40 X 8 X 8.5. (2720 cubic feet) The weight of the water would be in the 70 ton range. The cost to ship from Moorehead City to Saudi Arabia is in the $3600 to $4000 range.

Here is something interesting............In 2022, Saudi Arabia imported $26.9 million in water. Looks like they rely on desalinization and other means instead of importing.

This does not look like a feasable plan. A P&D being set up is more likely.

It is looking increasingly unlikely that BadgerBlox will make my 20' CONtainer ice shanty for delivery in winter 2026-27. Such a shame, butt nott at all unexpected of this classic CARNES scam.

30 million shares dumped. You do know the role of market makers, correct?

Each market maker displays buy and sell quotations (two-sided markets) for a guaranteed number of shares. Once the market maker receives an order from a buyer, they immediately sell their position of shares from their own inventory. This allows them to complete the order.

A market maker must commit to continuously quoting prices at which it will buy (or bid for) and sell (or ask for) securities.

Market makers must also quote the volume in which they're willing to trade along with the frequency of time they will quote at the best bid and best offer prices.

Market makers must stick to these parameters at all times, no matter what their market outlook. When markets become erratic or volatile, market makers must remain disciplined in order to continue facilitating smooth transactions.

Not sure why you would say no volume. At least 30M shares last few sessions combined. It's not a lot of volume but someone is consistently selling into the .0002 bid and I'm surprised anyone is willing to take those off their hands at .0002 considering how bad this is looking.
