Wonder if we will get more updates on how they can give us more updates then go silent. 🔥

I don't see those two related, as they appear to be separate potential divisions and business's. The company had a crypto division that they divested from except for some residual percentage on mining. Apparently they wanted to focus on ai, which has yet to establish viable revenues or marketplace application.
We haven't had follow through on most of the previous "soon" revelations. Most of what I've witnessed has been one stutter step after another, with not much effort in furthering the roll out or expansion of additional products.
So, here we wait for Ray to actually deliver. Radio silence adnauseum.

IDVV's Nov. 12 post on X said,

"The #BITCOIN price surge since #trump won has generated an enormous amount of renewed interest in our AI Crypto project! We will are focused on our AI businesses and laying out our growth story the right way shortly!

Then the next post on Nov. 16 said,

"Meeting at Red Rock Casino. Good things happening :)"

So it looks like Red Rock Casino is interestd in IDVV for their AI tech for crypto trading. With Bitcoin hitting ATHs and heading toward $100,000, this could be the catalyst to get this really moving in the right direction!

So...why am I not surprised today?

Looking forward to see if Ray will bring us some new surprises that'll bring huge volume our way. It's been a while since IDVV could be pumped where the PPS could easily run up. I know how MMs beat down an OTC stock, keep it down till volume is way down.Then when you least expect it the stock starts to run and all holders sell way to early. This stock could easily see .002 to .003 with huge volume...bring it!

Tomorrow?? Clock winds down, even though it was removed. Let's see if Ray can bring a healthy ROI here.

Corporat marketing and ROI need to accelerate IMO. The quiet period, alternative news mediums, absent updates, all need a revamp.
Bottom line, there's a big difference between integrating technologies and marketing a start up.

1. Have the Winners Waygers AI picks shown a winning record so far

this year? Are there any sports it does better with such as baseball

because there are so many more games than football to extract data

from?

The original system is a system that was designed for professionals

allowing them to access data from multiple paid and free sources related

to sports handicapping, weather, and betting services (odds). WITech

started the process of developing that system into an AI picker that in

some ways cut the professional out. Similar to an automated trading

platform for crypto or equities.

Overall it seems that the results are about the same regardless of the

sport. The only difference being there are more bets placed in other

sports. In some ways it’s fair to say the jury is still out as the AI

portion is still relatively new. I’m sure it will progress.

2. At what point is beta Winners Waygers expected to go live?

The beta is live, and for some reason is misunderstood. The company thought it was clear with how it stated that the beta was launched to showcase an AI that was picking games. That the products were going to be

1) a simplified version of the existing pro platform and

2) a paid service similar to the current free beta, but obviously after it had a proven track record.

3. Is there a rough cost per month or year we can expect to be

associated with those accounts that convert from beta to subscription?

We are determining that as well as options of selling the technology /

licensing it at this time and plan to issue an update on this soon.

4. Can we still expect to see mainstream advertising for Winners

Waygers places such as Hulu?

There have been and are currently ads running on several providers

targeting sports bettors. We will continue to expand this as it makes

Sense.

5. Are there ads that are live right now? If so, what platforms and

markets?

Pretty sure we covered this in number 4. Hulu, YouTube and Cox Media targeting sports fans.

6. How many Winners Waygers premium (paid) accounts have you signed up? Do they have a minimum time commitment or are those accounts month to month?

There are 53 accounts currently, and there is not imposed a minimum, we don’t like forcing things on customers. The service pays for itself if a pro uses it the way it is supposed to.

7. What feedback have professional subscribers of Winners Waygers

offered? What changes would they like to see and do they seem likely

to renew?

The pros like it, and the main comment is that they would like to see it

more user friendly. Most pros are older and not used to technology, so there is a learning curve. This is the task that WITech is working on…. Making it simplified and making it able to scale to different levels of pro membership.

8. Has IDVV/Winners Waygers had to hire employees or might they see

the need to in the near future?

Currently we are able to outsource needs but that could change with

growth. Obviously, we hope that is an issue that occurs.

9. Can you tell us more about the decision, implementation, and

expectations in regard to headquartering Winners Waygers in Las Vegas?

The company has moved to Nevada for several reasons. It does help for Winners Waygers to be in the sports betting capital, but it also makes sense to grow the company in a tax and regulation friendly state, so revenues can go into growing the company instead of California taxes.

10. Are there other AI based revenue streams being considered or

already in the works for IDVV?

Yes, we are currently evaluating acquisitions that would utilize the

previously announced credit line.

11. Are there any non-AI based revenue streams being considered or

already in the works for IDVV?

Yes, this is really the same answer as above. We cannot elaborate on

this while answering questions in this format. They will be elaborated

on via press and filings shortly.

12. Does IDVV see any benefit to uplisting within OTC Markets or to

higher exchanges if performance allows such a move?

We do have goals of uplisting and feel that is where the company

belongs. We need to do this in a way that is responsible for the

shareholders. OTCMarkets is redoing their tier structure and is supposed

to release that information to companies shortly. We’re hoping there is an avenue there. In the meantime we will stay pink current are

entertaining a registered offering to get us there.

One last note, to be clear we have been working on getting a change of control filed with OTCMarkets. During this time they basically force

companies to remain quiet on certain activities. Now that this has been completed and filed the company can actually talk about what is going on more than it has in the past.

Million market cap with approx 200k in debts and 2.5 million non dillutive financing.
First I would pay off the remaining debt and eliminate any vwap structured debt obligations that may be in the arrangements. They'll be fully debt free!
Second, I would execute on marketing expansion for WW and initiate the full roll out on service and transition beta subscription to fee enrollment.
Third, I would secure additional accretive acquisitions.

Looking forward to additional updates on metrics, licences, and possible casino partnership...
