Not since the last block. The 2.5 kicks in this month. Should be the end and expecting pay off of all debts. We also have a technical tripple bottom. Should be bullish from here. Just my take.

Not really given the ATM draw. The monthly is fairly pricey. I think they would have a higher attrition % with a lower monthly $. 1% attrition is fairly modest given over 11k beta subscribers. There are a Lot of "bookies" and active betters, so quite possible to retain the monthly subscribers. It'll depend on product quality and success rates. The expansion will also go through the learning curve per se. If they expanded to the horses, the success rates might actually be higher.
Corporate failed to provide the pro operating system video, which would have gone a long way towards silencing the critics. Hopefully they'll deliver that, and expand the marketing as planned.
The real $$ will be a licensing deal, offering the service with a casino sports betting platform. There's a lot of room for expansion. Hopefully they'll deliver.
Fwiw I would rather see a lower monthly charge, with increased subscribe attrition. Hopefully they know their market pivot points and we will see the potential revenues.

Some of their criticisms were warranted. Each run kill here has been due to corporate dilution. So, ray owns that. Delayed timelines and non delivered disclosures, didn't help the fomo momo possibilities.

In fairness, the pro video was never released. Paltry video marketing advertising. Protracted monetization release. Shelved shares were reissued. I could go on but won't.

We're still below market cap given the 1% attrition conversion and 2.5 million non dillutive financing. We also should be fully debt free soon.
With crypto AI division launch soon, and bio patient/clerical savings to, there's still a 3 prong revenue stream that warrants a substantial increase in market cap. We should see copper, possibly silver, if Ray plays this right.

People expect Nvidia at .0005 here imo. These morons in the smart app chatrooms load up, threaten and bash the CEO on X to release updates and just crush it when the update comes out, blame the CEO and rinse repeat.

I never posted I did. I've maintained a hold here. After the financing and monetization press release I suggested a buy on dips, if there wasn't any further ATM. Ray pulled again and have a hold only a this time.

CEO diluted. Could be to maintain market cap but sucks either way. Should initiate a buyback and rescind the shares. $100k buyback would get back 200 million etc. Better use of capitol IMO.. Penny wise and dollar foolish. The revenues on the subscription are enough to buyback a huge portion of the shares. Dude needs to put shareholder fiduciaries first. The upside is revenues now and only 40 million left to balance the dtc. Maybe he'll pull them back. Bwdik

Based on a 1% attrition at 12k users, 347 monthly, 120 x 4100=492k annual. Higher attrition % figures go up etc etc etc..
2% at 10k=2k subscribers= 800k plus.
All and all not shabby..
