Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

 

Effective September 27, 2024, TAN Tee Soo resigned from his position as a Director of Marvion Inc. (the “Company”). The departure of Tan Tee Soo was for personal reasons and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
