Never happen. There's conversions beginning July 7th which will bring this back down under .01.

If the SEC receives enough complaints mentioning the share sale and payment to "the lender" they would begin an investigation into insider trading. The recent filing only mentions "the lender" without any name. If "the lender" is either himself or his buddy and he somehow beniefited from this than there's your insider trading.
