Lazer, be cautious. My experience trading pennies is that you have to gather as much factual info as possible and take everything the company says with a grain of salt. I believe this company will go nowhere at this time and before it does, there will be a massive R/S. Here are my reasons for extreme caution:

A/S = 9,997,500,000
O/S = 6,123,284,813 This is major dilution and the #1 reason a r/s will happen at some point.

The company has zero revenue, zero current assets, $35 million liabilites and $13 million in accumulated deficits.

I have learned to recognize statements from companies such as: we expect, project, anticipate, are dedicated to, we applaud, etc... are all bullsh*t statements. It's even hard to believe the financials they report because none of them are audited.

Never invest more than you can afford to lose 100% of without crying when it happens. GL

Just throwing in my 2 cents....I was watching a ticker a few years ago....when it tanked and sat at .0001 for two months I thought about it, but didn't buy. 6 months later it ran to over .10. So...I take a few as a lottery play.

FYI No info released or filed is true. No conventional wisdom applies.
The shares are not changing hands thats why .0002-3 is stacked.
However those sell orders can be cancelled in part or in whole at ANY time.
What you're seeing is a spoof on the ask. Someone is encouraging longs to sell .0001, when the total number of shareholders is reduced they may run it. Sadly MDog believed that some .0001s are legit, this is not the case.
Buy .0001s as if you are flushing your money down the can. Success above 100% flip can take years.
