Q.E.P. CO., INC. (Pink Sheets:QEPC) (the "Company") announced today that it will report its financial results for its fiscal 2012 second quarter and first half ended August 31, 2011 on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.

The Company also announced that it will be hosting a conference call to discuss these results and to answer questions at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 21, 2011. Following the conference call, the Company will arrange to have the conference call available for replay from September 21st until midnight September 28th.

Dial in information for the conference call and the replay will be included in the Company's September 20th press release and will be posted on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.qepcorporate.com) at that time.
