Working closely with the company we managed to get DE to cancel the $600,000 debt of the $100 million flying car merger retail rejected about 18 months ago!(deal never took but DE assessed tax) Within next 30 or so days both Form 10 and audit with this DE fix , should reflect on OTC and SEC as co becomes a reporting issuer. We are pushing the lawyers to get SEC docs done!

We are gonna start pinging some old prospect merger deals and start working it again.

Best one we have is an Italian A class soccer team 70,000 to 100,000 occupancy stadium. Co valuation $400 mill revs $200mill. Only issue with them is they want to do a RS to a $3 stock.(BTW majority owner is a A type rock band from 70s and 80s) Just a sample ... we have other deals but this one would a zip code changer IMO !

I peaked at this one a couple of times today. Earlier OTCN, who is the dumper, was trying to hold in a bottom of 6, but had little back up. I see someone took his shares and he's at 5 Bid now.
While I was looking, ETRF popped up a Bid of 8.45M.
With volume slowing down since this morning, I'm watching for OTCN to end up filling that big bid and maybe "then some"???
Thinking 4's will flow by EOD.

Well, since they've done it at least twice now, maybe 3, I don't recall, their idea of a pump is putting out the questionnaire.

You would think. The original pump when they took up this ticker, that happened. But I don't have sour grapes, other than I actually believed them the first time, but I still stuck to my basic plan of taking profit when it is in front of me.

I can tell you from experience, that is these guys M.O.
Put out some random info. indicating something is "going to happen", but it never does, and then the shares start flowing.
Back to step one, weeks or months of silence, with some excuse later down the road, that is too late to matter.
Wash, Rinse, Repeat.

$SPQS co filed ebike merger with Canada franchisor. Again shareholders gave it a BIG YAWN!! See filings again!

Yes agreed $SPQS shareholders got skunked by Burns ex CEO and Magnum bankruptcy!! WE GET IT!! That was all before our time. We came in 2021 to finance co and turn it around before it goes to expert market. We did that! We are keeping it afloat and alive.

Even so we sued a bunch of shareholders and recovered 1,8 billion shares in a lawsuit we won. Stock returned to $ treasury! Again BIG YAWN!

The Canada ebike is ready and chompping at the bits to close with $SPQS! That filing is done as well.

We are headed to Qatar in Sept and we already sent them a SPQS pitch deck. They are kicking the tires!! We know for a fact they own a soccer team in EU and something in Canada. NOT LOSING $$. We think that would make $spqs retrace and we already threatened another shareholder who received multi million shares with a lawsuit if they attempt to sell. If successful that would return another 1 billion shares to treasury. Tjey are willing to settle for fraction of a penny on the dollar! ALL OF THIS WOULD DISPENSE THE NEED OF A REVERSE SPLIT!

We DO NOT take stock as payment for services. Look at the loan sheet on OTC. We invested north of $250k on this co. How much are you upside down on this co?

So yes the interim management is looking for a RIGHT DEAL WITH THE RIGHT CO.

Look at the gains made vs letting co go defunct! If you see no benefit to our contribution then move on! We cant raise the dead but did a great job preventing $spqs to go in that state!
