wow they filed the 10-K today, just by the extension deadline. Somethings going on but what it could be I have no idea. John Mercadante previous CEO is owed a lot of money and subsequent events lists the money owed and extension. No way they dont have something in mind, timeframe who knows but I am guessing something in the next couple months.

NT 10-K filed meaning they definitely intend to file the 10-K, I am guessing in the next 2 weeks or so. From there I'd like to see where they go with this.

Very interesting, I picked up more of that and today as well, sitting on 45+ million. Now they took another loan out per the 8-K Friday, and here is the table of loans that they have. Thats 2 mill in loans, add to that $600K common shares at .0001 plus preferred shares, theres a lot of money out there that wants a recovery. The q is, what the hell do they have that we just dont know about. As youve mentioned, .0001 is as low as we can buy, so thats a positive. Surely they will get the 10-K due right now and the next 10-Q done, I have no doubt about that, the question is, whats up their sleeve. While I would like to put more in, I am also a bit weary. True that .0002 is a double, and theres lots of time on our hands (assuming they file which Im sure they will).

If only they'd have applied for a USAID grant to run EV trucking. They'd be sitting on a billion dollars by now.

🤔another $100k borrowed. These are a lot of loans to resurrect this company. Hope they have an immediate solid plan, also if they have a merge candidate ready, why isn’t that entity coming up with come 💰 to avoid the debt?

yeah I just added another 5 mill, up to 32 Mill. Like we're saying theres no chance in the world they dont have a plan to make something of this, heck even .0005 is 5x. Im curious whats up their sleeve also.

this much I guarantee. There is no way in the world they would have gone thru all the trouble of getting current, and its a lot of trouble for a company like this, unless there was some sliver of hope. What that hope is, what do they have that a company wanting to merge or start operations as a new company would want, versus maybe buying a cleaner shell, I have no friggin idea. But theres no way they would bother with all of this if there want a shot. I am dying to see where this goes. If they do anything, I would think the share value would be more than the .0001 that it is now. The fact that we can even buy this at this price is an absolute gift. Heck, if it just doubles to .0002 you made money, but I am thinking a tiny bit higher maybe .0005, who the hell knows.

Yesterday all neutral I am all for BUYS and Bullish sentiment, however yesterday the chart and the times/sales were not BUYS. They were neutral. NO BUYS nor Sells during those transactions. As far as transferring from one Retail to another YES, that is fine granted but as far as a sentiment of buying pressure. 0. Let's see what today holds for this one! I've been watching it all day. It.was zero bid all day. All buys were on the ask at .0001

It was all ask hits at .0001

You can't argue against this. It is simple math and science.

It just came off Expert Market today. You won't see the buys or sells accurately until tomorrow and starting tomorrow.

You can have buys on the ask and the chart and Ratio of the Stock be at Neutral and this is what has happened today go look at the time stamps/charting!!
