We all have been waiting years for something magical to happen and thinking that maybe JB had finally put it all together for the shareholders.
But just like the old saying goes, the easiest explanation is usually the correct explanation.
Right now, the easiest explanation is that it is just more of the same. All promises and no truth.

We have seen things unravel right before our very eyes this year as UBQU supposedly bought IO. Never any proof of the purchase with terms of the deal, revenues half of promised with excessive expenses. And now silence from everyone involved including Kevin and JB.

All they need to do to shut us all up is put out news with realities of the present and not just fluffy future promises like always.
I would be the first one to eat crow if JB could do that. I want to be told to shut up.

Both UBQU and IMTL had the same messaging at the same time in August, that they were finalizing a change in control. Both were supposed to be done in 60 to 90 days, neither of which has happened.

News and X postings for IMTL has also stopped, why?

The company address for UBQU was updated from Colorado to IO's HQ in Arkansas, so why isn't Lamb talking?

Ballas keeps saying that they are working hard to get things done. Sure would like to know what that work consists of.

This smells just like Ballas's past promises, like pending ticker symbol changes, which never transpired.

Unfortunately for us, its just more of the same.

One word for James....Karma.

Tend to agree. Everything indicates he issued himself billions back in 2022/23 and is dumping them now to pay his rent and put gas in his yacht. Dumping them at 0.00001/5 that yields virtually zero $$ seems like an act of desperation.

My fear is JB is now living off of the float by selling as many shares as he can. Just selling 10 million shares a week puts a $4000 a month into his pocket. Another 10 million sold of IMTL and he can put $8000 into his pocket each and every month for doing nothing.
And that number is very low based on a lot of higher volume weeks.
If that is what is happening, we need to see that stop by not buying any shares. You could see that he would want to drag out being able to sell as many shares as he can for as long as he can. Always saying news is coming will keep people buying.
The IO purchase news was the biggest motivator to get people to buy in a long time. Now we are seeing where that is taking us. No where fast.
What will be the next trick up his sleeve to get people to buy? I am sure we will find out soon if the buying keeps drying up for him.

Scratch, used to buy every couple of weeks.  Have not bought in a while.    Waiting for JB or Kevin to give a solid.  I have no plans to buy anymore until they have a solid and truthful update.    He is past his not 90 days with no communication to the share holders as to why.

I agree completely.  Something smells very wrong here.  I haven't added another share and won't until this matter is cleared up.  JB said it will be within 2024. Then again, he is nothing but a scumbag notorious liar

$5 million in revenues
New direction update

IO and UBQU corporate has stopped posting anything on X lately. Why is that?
Why pad the pockets of JB by buying shares until he proves himself of all his promises? Don't give insiders one more dime until then.

This is not by any means bashing the company but only wanting to see what was promised to us.
